Who is the conference aimed at?

The conference is most relevant to owners, managers and decision makers of wedding businesses with responsibility for sales & marketing and communications with brides.

What time will it start and finish?

Arrival, registration and networking are from 9am, with the welcome session starting 9.45am. Lunch and a further opportunity to network will be available 12.30pm - 2pm.

Seminar sessions in the main room will run throughout the day for everyone. Bookable (free of charge) one-to-one 10 minute surgery appointments with our experts will be available 11.15am - 3.15pm (and will run throughout lunchtime).

There will be a further opportunity to network with all our experts immediately after the final session.

Are meals included?

Refreshments will be available on arrival and throughout the day. Your ticket includes a two-course lunch served in the restaurant.

Can I book tickets for additional delegates?

You can specify the number of tickets you would like when you book and pay for your ticket. Jackie (our Conference Coordinator) will phone you to confirm the names of the other attendees.

Can I pay a deposit and still book my ticket?

Please call our Conference Coordinator, Jackie, on 01235 770078 if you would prefer to split your payments into a £75+VAT deposit and a final £75+VAT payment 4 weeks prior to the day.

Can I promote my business on the day?

We encourage all delegates to bring business cards and to actively network with others on the day. This is a great opportunity to meet others who can help you and who you can help. If there are particular businesses you would like to connect with on the day, please let our Conference Coordinator know.

What is a “surgery appointment”?

These are one-to-one 10 minute appointments with one of our speakers or experts and is just one of the many additional benefits we are able to offer at this year’s conference.

These free of charge appointments are bookable in advance once you have purchased your ticket. Our Conference Coordinator will contact you to allocate time slots. See the list of experts here.

Please note that the surgery schedule will be amended according to demand.

Speakers corner

All our experts will be available to you during breaks, lunch and networking after the day (unless they are in a surgery of course).

Networking dinner anyone?

We are considering adding a smaller more exclusive network dinner to the evening of this event. If you are interested in attending this (approximate additional ticket price of £55-£65 per head), please speak to Jackie, our Conference Coordinator.

Can I stay overnight?

We have negotiated a special conference rate of £110+VAT (single occupancy, breakfast included) or £130+VAT (double occupancy, breakfast included) for anyone wanting to stay over at Heythrop Park. If you wish to book a room, please contact the hotel directly.
